Description

CE.MS is another free domain running CZ.CC's software and default interface.

It thus provides everything exactly as CZ.CC does, except that it is a CE.MS, which has somewhat better sound to it (like 'seems' or 'CMS').

If it is the same as .cz.cc, why doesn't it have the same rating? A 2/5 against a 4/5 for sites which are pretty much the same? 3.5/5 would be more appropriate, with 0.5 points distracted for lack of originality.

The latter is new, small, unknown, prone to downfall. You don't want your sites just lost one day, do you? Experience tells that's much more likely with CE.MS than CZ.CC (despite current Google war against major free subdomain providers).

Hope this clears out Editor's rating. User rating, however, is what may often count more. :-)

CE.MS service is no longer available. The site doesn't exists. Whois even shows the domain as open for registration, if anyone'd care to take over...
